Our standard weekend hire package includes delivery/ pick-up on Thursday evening and return on Sunday afternoon. But we're happy to vary that to suit your needs - we know some of you would rather we dropped things off on the day and picked them up later. And of course we hire our china mid-week too. Get in touch to discuss timings that would suit you and we'll happily see what we can do

We're based in Letchworth Garden City in Hertfordshire, within easy reach of London, Cambridge, Essex and Bedfordshire - we're simple to find by road. If you want to pick up from us, china will come boxed in plastic crates. If you're hiring a lot of stuff, we'll let you know how many boxes so you can work out if it wil fit in your car. We can also deliver and pick-up for you. Email us and we'll give you a quote based on reasonable mileage.

We can do! We will wash up china and glassware if you add an extra 10% to your china/glass hire costs. Otherwise, we expect china and glassware to come back to us clean and ready to use. Glassware (not bowls or cakestands) can go in the dishwasher, but everything else must be washed by hand

Before you order, we will give you a comprehensive list of our replacement costs for damaged items so you are fully informed. If you are hiring a lot of our stock, we may ask for a deposit on delivery, that we will return promptly.
